This Friday, March 20, at 18:00 CET, the Public Health Centre of Ukraine and UPRA - Ukrainian Psychedelic Research Association, in partnership with PAREA, are organising an webinar on legal and regulatory frameworks for psychedelic-assisted therapies in Europe.
The discussion addresses a core challenge: how to design systems that enable research and clinical use while staying within legal boundaries. Featuring legal, regulatory, and drug policy experts João Taborda da Gama, Marion Haberkamp, and Pavel Pachta, Ph.D., this event will explore the legal frameworks shaping psychedelic therapies, the evolving research and regulatory landscape in Europe, and the impact of international Conventions on psychedelic research.
